is currently seeking a Property Manager for our affordable, low income housing community located in the Cambria, IL and surrounding areas.
Candidate must be highly organized, have great communication skills, ability to work with the public and meet deadlines regularly and have a pleasant personality.
Responsibilities include rent collection, maintaining tenant files, annual re-certifications, lease renewals, manage maintenance work orders and supplies inventory, manage pest control process with scheduling and inspections, oversee and resolve tenant conflicts, coordinate tenant move in/move out and other duties as assigned.
We require a high school diploma, computer skills and customer service knowledge.
Additionally, you must be able to pass a background check and have dependable transportation.
